Provable Fairness

The goal of these measures is to ensure that the collection maintains its integrity and allow you to prove that the ordered collection remains unadulterated.

The Shuffle

Each Nakamigos-CLOAKS image is firstly hashed using SHA-256 algorithm.

The order of all 20,000 assets are programmatically shuffled on our end. The metadata shuffle seed is 1357482269.

A combined string is obtained by concatenating SHA-256 of each Nakamigos-CLOAKS image in the specific order of this shuffle. The final proof is obtained by SHA-256 hashing this combined string. This is the final provenance record stored on the smart contract before the whitelist-sale starts.

The provenance hash is 6357756ae0f8024d2b6fa5bd438746f58577b64a3c0c71359844d7ed8fd4aab2.

The Cut

After deploying the smart contract, the project founders will reserve their 1 NFT, token ID #0.

In order to ensure provable fairness to this point, we publicly source a "starting index number" by ******taking the Ethereum block in which the dev_mint transaction was confirmed on chain.

Each Nakamigos token ID is assigned to an artwork image from the initial sequence based on the offset of this starting index.

The starting index seed is 18023719.

Metadata Handling and Reveal Process

With the metadata shuffled in a provably fair manner, we will run both the allowlist snapshot claim and the public sale and serve instantly revealed metadata upon mint.

At the conclusion of both phases and once the collection is sold out, we will pin the revealed metadata to IPFS for permanence and update the baseURI on the smart contract to the IPFS directory.
